WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Warranty Policy:

We offer a 90-day parts and labour warranty on new electronic products.

Defective products may be returned for repair, provided such products are returned in complete original condition, with original, undamaged packaging.  Cases of damage due to incorrect installation or misuse do not qualify for our warranty.
 

  • Our maximum store warranty for any product we sell does not exceed 90 days.
  • Some manufacturers may provide extended (one year) warranties on their products.  In such cases, enclosed factory warranty cards provide service details.

Return Policy :
 
  • We offer exchange or store credit only, with no refunds.  Credit may be applied toward any of our products.
  • Items may be returned for exchange or credit within 14 days of the delivery date only if returned in original condition and in original undamaged packaging.  
  • Items marked as CLEARANCE are final sale and cannot be returned.  
  • We will not credit any products that are not returned in original condition.
  • We cannot accept returned underwear or swim wear due to health and safety regulations.  (Would you want to handle some persons used underwear?)
  • We also cannot accept returned whistles or toothbrushes due to health and safety regulations.
  • We will not refund shipping costs unless we have made a shipping error.
  • We will not refund shipping costs for any exchanges or errors by the customer in choosing the wrong product.
  • If a product must be returned to us, due to an error on our part, it must be sent via regular post. Shipping costs for more expensive methods will NOT be refunded.
  • Please include a note explaining the reason for your return.
  • If a package is undeliverable to the address provided, or is refused at the delivery address, a refund will be issued after deducting the cost of shipping both ways.
  • Monetary refunds will be issued for defective products for which there is no replacement available.

 
 

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

If you do not follow these simple instructions, your package will not reach us.  It will be automatically stopped by Canada Post, marked "refused" and returned to you.

  

  • If it is necessary to ship a product to us from the USA or Canada
    please use Parcel Post Ground and insure the shipment for your protection.
  • Do not ship air mail unless you wish to pay the additional expense yourself.
  •  
  • Please DO NOT ship U.P.S. (United Parcel Service)  from the USA
  • If you attempt to send a package to us by U.P.S. (United Parcel Service) from the USA, it will simply be refused before delivery and returned to you.
  • ALL SHIPMENTS TO US MUST HAVE OUR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
  • If you do not attach the return shipping label Canada Post will automatically refuse to deliver the package and return it to you.  (when you call us later to complain don't say we didn't tell you about this)
  • PLEASE ENCLOSE A COPY OF OUR INVOICE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE
  • Please remove any original shipping labels to avoid confusing the post office about which address to deliver to.
  • We will not accept C.O.D. shipments, they will be returned to you.
  • PLEASE be sure to enclose a note explaining the reason for your return.
